Yes. All nurses pass a full criminal background check and reference verification as part of our onboarding process.
Absolutely. All nurses are fully vetted and you can view their ratings and patient reviews before booking. You also receive the nurse profile before they arrive.
Services include post-surgery care, elderly care, home injections, IV therapy, chronic illness support, baby and postnatal care, wound care, and more.
When you book, we securely tokenize your card with a R1.00 verification charge to confirm your payment details — you are not billed for the full amount upfront. Once your appointment is completed and confirmed, we charge your card for the agreed service fee. This means you only pay after care has been delivered.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Additional payment methods may be available depending on your location.
Yes. A full invoice and receipt is sent to your email immediately after payment is processed.
If your booking is cancelled within policy or care is not delivered as agreed, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact support and we will resolve it promptly.
Our nurses are trained to handle emergencies professionally. You can also contact our 24/7 support line at any point during or after an appointment.
