To Whom It May Concern I am experienced in providing care to frail,bedridden,people with physical disabilities,mental health and other medical conditions including dementia, alzheimers,parkinsons,stroke,cancer,diabetes etc.Also experienced in supporting people with intellectual disabilities such as autism,schizophrenia,down syndrome,epilepsy,depression as well as clients in recovery from substance abuse.Additional experience providing care to clients admitted in hospital and assisting hospital staff with basic care.I have also volunteered at church as a Sunday school teacher as well as at a preschool assisted with lessons,activities and creating a nurturing environment. Skills include vital signs monitoring,HGT testing,urine testing,PEG feeding,wound care,incontinence management, medication administration under supervision but only at hospitals because when in patient's houses I give already packed medication or as per prescription.In hospital I also assisted with daily living activities,bed making,vital signs, weighing, etc.Committed to providing compassionate,reliable,and dignified care while maintaining confidentiality and following care plans as directed by nursing staff and families.I would welcome the opportunity to bring my skills to any private house/care facility/agency.
