Six steps to becoming a NurseCenter Agency Partner

Register Your Agency

Create your Agency Partner account at nursecenter.co.za/register/agency. Provide your agency name, company registration number, and contact details. Your application is reviewed by the NurseCenter team — typically within 1–2 business days.

Get Verified

Once your account is reviewed and approved, your Agency status is marked as Verified. Verification gives your agency credibility on the platform and unlocks full access to the Agency portal, including nurse pool management and booking analytics.

Build Your Nurse Pool

Invite your caregivers and nurses to join your agency pool directly from the portal. Simply enter their registered NurseCenter email address and they are linked to your account. Each caregiver can only belong to one agency at a time, ensuring clear accountability.

Bookings Flow Automatically

Patients book your agency's nurses through the NurseCenter platform the same way they book any verified caregiver. Your Agency portal shows all bookings across your entire nurse pool in real time — no manual tracking required.

Transparent Payouts

NurseCenter deducts a 17.5% platform commission from each completed booking. The remaining 82.5% is paid directly to the individual caregiver every Friday. Your Agency dashboard shows the full payout breakdown for every booking, giving you complete visibility over earnings.

How long does agency verification take?

Most agencies are verified within 1–2 business days. We may request supporting documents such as your CIPC registration certificate.

Can my nurses still take bookings independently?

Yes. Caregivers in your pool are still individual NurseCenter professionals. Being part of an agency does not change how they appear to patients or how they receive bookings.

What happens to payouts — does NurseCenter pay the agency or the nurse?

NurseCenter pays the caregiver directly every Friday. The agency and caregiver manage their own commission split arrangement outside of the platform.

Can a nurse be in more than one agency?

No. A caregiver can only be associated with one agency at a time on the NurseCenter platform, ensuring clear accountability.

Is there a cost to register as an agency?

There is no registration fee. The only cost is the 17.5% platform commission deducted from completed bookings, which is the same rate applied to all NurseCenter caregivers.

How do I remove a nurse from my pool?

You can remove any caregiver from your pool at any time from the Nurses section of your Agency portal. The caregiver will revert to independent status on the platform.
